Just like a gym supports elite athletes, top performers, or ambitious amateurs — this is where you build mental fitness for your own performance.

Mental training or coaching — what makes the real difference?

Mental training teaches you concrete methods, and helps you practice them until you can use them in real situations, even under pressure. Coaching is a collaborative thinking process. The coach asks questions and offers feedback, while you focus on your goals and work toward your own solutions.

What’s the right age to start mental training – and when does it really make sense?

We only work with children in the context of sports mental training and even then, it’s not about age but maturity. Usually from around 10 to 12, when the child can express what’s on their mind, is open to conversation, and willing to try new things.
The methods are always tailored to the child’s age and developmental level.

How often should you go to the gym?

It depends on what we’re working on. Some people come weekly, others return at key moments. The training plan is always tailored to the individual (or team) and adjusted to your progress – fine-tuned as you grow.
The ultimate goal is for you to perform well on your own.

Do you work online, in person – or both?

Both are possible. Some topics and exercises work especially well online, while others really benefit from being in the same room.
In most cases, we work in a hybrid format – combining online and in-person sessions.

What happens the first time? What should I expect?

First, we’ll see if there’s a natural fit and whether we’re the right match for your goals.
That’s why the first 20 minutes are free and commitment-free.
If the answer is a mutual yes, we’ll move on to the specifics. Let’s start the journey together.
